Happy Easter!!

This year's Easter was definitely unconventional for the Cox family, but still so wonderful! Due to bed rest, we weren't able to go to church this morning but we did enjoy a nice, quiet morning at home. Jacob was up early (as always!) and was so excited when I told him it was Easter morning! He came downstairs to find the eggs hidden around as well as his basket filled to the brim with all sorts of goodies!

With his birthday and Christmas so close together, Easter is a great time for the "Easter Bunny" to get a few new toys for Jacob! They were all a big hit!!

One of Jacob's favorite toys was the game Hungry Hungry Hippo! He spent most of remainder of the day playing either with Mommy, Daddy, or alone!

We headed to Mim and Poppa's house for yet another egg hunt in the front yard followed by a delicious lunch (and lots of time on the couch for Mommy!). The house was full with all six cousins present as well as Grandaddy and CiCi! Luckily, we were able to enjoy the egg hunt before the rain came!
