The boys had such a wonderful time learning about the farm and experimenting with different chores children their age would have been expected to do. It was a great experience for Jacob to explore and he loved running around the farm and seeing all the animals!!
While the older boys got to milk the "cow", Jacob was mostly interested in touching the cow to see if it was real!

Down by the creekWhat a fun-filled day it was! After all of the farm activities, we had lunch and then cake. By the end of the morning, Jacob was wet (from his laundry duties), dirty, and exhausted! He enjoyed a nice bath before a looong nap!
