Hat Day!

Yesterday was hat day at Mother's Day Out and Jacob just loooved wearing his hat (backwards!).

Every afternoon, Jacob and Anna walk out to our cars hand-in-hand. So cute!

This past weekend, Jacob collected lots of candy trick-or-treating. Strangely enough, however, he doesn't actually like candy all that much! I discovered today that he does, in fact, like lollipops and got a special treat when he got up from his nap!

Boys' Best Friend

Uncle Davis and Auntie Amanda brought this puppy all the way from FAO Schwarz in New York when Jacob was born. He's always just been around, but in the past few months, Jacob has really become attached. Puppy is almost always nearby (except at school, puppy stays home) and even sleeps with Jacob. Jacob loves to carry him around the house and give him lots of hugs and kisses!

Trick or Treat!

We had a wonderful night Saturday at the 2nd Annual Halloween gathering at Uncle Andy and Auntie Catherine's house! Jacob had so much fun munching on spooky treats, riding in the wagon on a beautiful evening, and even trick-or-treating!

The yummy spread including Mummy Fingers, Cheese Spiders, Mini Caramel Apples, and Cake Balls!

Pumpkin Carving

Yesterday, Jacob helped Daddy carve his very first pumpkin. Well, he just sat and watch as Daddy made the cuts and we tried to get him to scoop out pumpkin seeds but that was a no go. I suppose we shouldn't be surprised! He absolutely loved to watch and sat very intently and definitely loved the final result!
