Fun with Friends

On Saturday evening, Jacob got to spend some time with his friend Anna and her new baby brother, Joseph. They had such a fun time together playing!

And one year ago! Where has the time gone??

Jacob was practically crawling in Joseph's swing! Too bad they don't make them for toddlers!

The first several times we went to the Spitzenbergers' house, Jacob was terribly afraid of their two dogs Eddie and Kramer. This time around, however, he seemed to build up enough courage to actually touch them! He loved to watch them and giggle, but was still unsure if they approached him. We really hope this bravery continues, we really don't want him to be afraid of dogs!

At one point in the evening, this was the closest Jacob would get to Eddie!

A few hours later and he was actually touching him!

Splash Day!!

Jacob had a wonderful time splashing around at his cousins' house this morning. Now that the weather is getting warmer, we can bring out the water activities and actually enjoy being outdoors.

He was a little unsure of the slip n' slide, but loooved the sprinkler ball! It was a great morning with his cousins, complete with his first ever popsicle!!

Memorial Day Weekend

Jacob had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend filled with some of his favorite activities...

Mother's Day

Jacob and Daddy certainly did an amazing job making my second Mother's Day absolutely wonderful! I was able to sleep in a bit before church and afterwards had a nice, relaxing afternoon. We went to Mim and Poppa's house for dinner and Jacob got to play with all of his cousins!

I feel so incredibly blessed to be called Mom, especially to such a sweet, fun little boy! It is an amazing gift to spend each and every day with my little man, watching him grow and learn. I am truly lucky!!

Cozy Coupe

Jacob got a new toy recently that he just adores! He was so excited to play in his Little Tikes Cozy Coupe, that he even tried to help Daddy put it together!!
